Kelsea Ballerini Responds to Heckler During Show

Kelsea Ballerini responded sharply to a heckler during her headline performance in Sydney.

The country star did not hesitate to speak up after being insulted in the middle of her show in Sydney, Australia.

Kelsea, 32, was performing her song "Penthouse", which came out in 2023 after her separation from ex-husband Morgan Evans, when someone in the crowd shouted, “Team Morgan!”

Not willing to ignore the remark, Kelsea paused her own performance to make it clear that she and her Australian ex, who is also a country singer, were both doing well and did not need anyone to take sides.

“F**k off,” she replied. “Team ‘everyone is happy’ here.”

After the show, Kelsea went on social media to expand on her reaction, stating she would take the song out of her set completely if she had to deal with similar comments again.

“Respectfully, if anyone yells anything disrespectful to anyone during this song again, it will no longer be on the setlist,” she wrote in response to fans discussing what happened.

“Please let this be a song that matters to people and not a moment to insert yourself into a world that doesn’t exist and was never yours in the first place. team everyone’s happy or nothing. please.”
