Amber Mark Releases Self-Directed Video For "Heatwave"

Amber Mark today shares the video for her new single ‘Heatwave.’ Directed by Amber herself, the video tracks her movements across Ibiza, chasing the tail-end of the summer.

Immediately reviewed by Pitchfork as a “pop song built from melodies so warm, it might make a listener sweat from the second it starts,” Amber Mark’s latest single ‘Heatwave’ blends up-tempo Latin percussion with big-room, carnival-inspired vocals. The track was written and produced by Amber herself and follows the release of her debut ‘3.33am’ EP released earlier this year via PMR/ Interscope Records. Stereogum has since named Amber an “artist to watch” and Vogue, a “rising soul star.”

EP standout single ‘Lose My Cool’ caught global attention and shot to #6 in Spotify’s Viral Chart, cementing her place among the hottest artists to watch across the world.

Spending her formative years travelling the world with her mother, Amber Mark grew up in a constant state of flux. Her musical influences blend Indian classical, Latin jazz, soul and downtempo electronica, imbibed from years of living across the world, from Goa to Berlin, NYC to Brazil.
