Kiefer Sutherland Pulls Plug On U.S. Tour After Weak Ticket Demand
Kiefer Sutherland has cancelled the US dates for his Love Will Bring You Home Tour after struggling with low ticket sales.
The 59 year old actor and musician shared that he did not feel comfortable performing in venues that were only partially filled while promoting his fourth studio album, Grey.
On Friday (15.05.26), Kiefer addressed fans on Instagram and wrote: “With great disappointment, I am going to have to cancel the US leg of my tour due to very low ticket sales.
“I don't think it's fair to the people who have bought tickets, or the venues, to play to half-empty houses.”
Despite the cancelled dates, Kiefer made it clear he still hopes to return to touring across the United States in the future.
He added: “I look forward to touring the United States again at a more suitable time.”
The Stand By Me actor also confirmed that “refunds will be available from point of purchase” for fans affected by the cancellation.
Kiefer recently wrapped up the European run of the Love Will Bring You Home Tour with a final performance in Ittre, Belgium on May 10.
He is not the only artist forced to cancel US tour dates because of disappointing ticket sales.
The Pussycat Dolls, featuring Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, and Kimberly Wyatt, recently announced major changes to their PCD FOREVER Tour after reassessing the North American leg.
In a message shared on Instagram, the group wrote: “We want to share an important update with you.
“When we announced the PCD FOREVER Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world. After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates.
“@officiallyoutloud at WeHo Pride in Los Angeles is still happening on June 6, 2026, and we could not think of a more meaningful place to celebrate with our fans.
“The LGBTQ+ community has shown us so much love and support throughout our career, and we’re honoured to be part of a weekend rooted in joy, pride, music, and chosen family. (sic)”
While the North American shows were scaled back, The Pussycat Dolls confirmed their UK and European dates are still moving ahead as planned.
The group thanked fans for continuing to support the reunion tour and revealed that several overseas dates have already sold out.
Their statement continued: “Our UK and European dates are still moving forward as planned, and the response has been incredible, with several shows already sold out.
“We are putting everything into making this show a true celebration of the music and the memories, for the fans who have been with us from the beginning and those discovering us for the first time.
“We’re working hard to create the kind of show we’ve always dreamed of bringing to you. We cannot wait to bring this reunion to Europe and make these nights unforgettable.”
The group also confirmed that refunds for cancelled US dates purchased through Ticketmaster or AXS in Nashville would be processed automatically.
The Pussycat Dolls added: “If you purchased from a third-party reseller (StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats), etc., please reach out to your point of purchase.
“Thank you for your love, patience, and support. (sic)”
