Justice’s ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ Track Features SZA, Tame Impala and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard
Justice have teamed up with SZA, Tame Impala and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard for a surprising new collaboration titled ‘Flower in a Hurricane’.
Released today, the track features in the Grand Theft Auto VI soundtrack, with French electronic duo Justice, made up of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, confirmed to be in charge of the game's musical score.
Blending Justice's signature electronic sound with contributions from Tame Impala, the R&B star and the genre-blending Australian band, the song appears in the latest GTA VI launch trailer. Fans had already heard brief excerpts of Justice's music in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look and other official previews. Rockstar has said more information about the complete soundtrack album will be shared before the game arrives.
‘Flower in a Hurricane’ is now available as a standalone Justice single and will also feature on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the game's official soundtrack. Fans can pre-save the album on streaming services or secure a physical copy through vinyl and CD pre-orders.
Justice previously earned a Grammy Award for Best Electronic Recording for ‘Neverender’, their 2024 collaboration with Tame Impala, which achieved multi platinum success and appeared on the duo's album Hyperdrama.
The diverse GTA VI soundtrack will include 34 new tracks, among them Yung Lean's collaboration with Future and Metro Boomin's ‘That's It’. Other additions include Travis Scott's ‘Rhyno’, produced by Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, as well as ‘Sexy Magic’ by CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Étienne de Crécy. Morgan Wallen's ‘The Last Thing You Need’, Rauw Alejandro's ‘Macacoa 2000’ and Keith Richards' ‘Bright Lights, Big City’ have also been confirmed.
Elsewhere, the game's radio stations will feature music from Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey and Robyn. Slayer members Kerry King and Tom Araya have also been announced as radio hosts.
