Machine Gun Kelly Fan Falls Into Opening In Stage At Concert

By Liberty Dunworth

A Machine Gun Kelly fan took a painful tumble after the singer invited several audience members onto the stage during a concert in London.

The incident happened last Thursday on March 5 while the rapper turned rocker performed a major headline show at The O2 in the UK capital. During the set, he welcomed a group of fans onto the stage while performing his 2020 track ‘Bloody Valentine’.

As the song played, MGK moved across the stage which features a distinctive design, with the group of fans following closely behind him while singing along. Video from the moment shows one fan suddenly slipping through an opening in the stage. The fall caught MGK’s attention and he quickly turned around to check on her.

“Oh my god, hold up,” he said. Although the performance continued, he stayed near her to make sure she was okay and even altered the lyrics slightly while still singing.

“I can’t hide/ I really hope that you’re fine/ I’d give everything up tonight/ If I could just… are you OK?” he sang, as the fan climbed back up onto the stage and laughed off the mishap.

“Let’s f***ing go!” he shouted once he realised she had not been seriously hurt. Check out the clip below.

The London concert formed part of MGK’s ongoing ‘Lost Americana’ world tour, which supports the album carrying the same title.

The tour first began across North America toward the end of 2025. MGK then started the new year with a series of European shows. His UK run continued over the weekend with stops in Manchester and Glasgow, and he will soon travel to Australia and New Zealand for additional dates. Visit here for tickets.

The London appearance also followed a recent visit by Machine Gun Kelly to Radio 1, where he performed a cover of Gorillaz’s ‘Feel Good Inc’.

During that interview, MGK shared that he sees himself moving toward becoming a major stadium performer. He also mentioned Oasis as one of the key inspirations after watching them play huge shows at Wembley.

“I’ve been an Oasis diehard since I first heard them 20 years ago before I was 10 years old,” he told Ricky, Melvin and Charlie. “Zero production, just a great rock band playing great rock music. It was amazing.”

He continued by complimenting Liam Gallagher, saying the singer “just had the swag”. MGK added that although he had previously watched Liam perform at Reading & Leeds while touring a solo album “which I liked”, it did not feel the same compared with “when it was him and his brother”.

MGK previously spoke about his admiration for Oasis when he appeared on the NME cover in 2020. During the pandemic, both he and Yungblud also performed a cover of ‘Champagne Supernova’ from their homes. The pair also told NME about their ‘Supersonic’ karaoke moment during Reading Festival.
