Harry Styles teases comeback with audio message sent to fans
After the launch of the cryptic website webelongtogether.co, which invited fans to submit their details to receive updates via the messaging app from HSHQ, a short audio clip landed in inboxes on Wednesday January 14 2026.
The brief six second recording features Harry softly singing the line “We belong together.”
Listeners quickly began to speculate that the phrase could be the title of his comeback single, or possibly the name of a new album or an upcoming tour.
More fuel was added to the rumours when We Belong Together billboards appeared, prompting further belief that the former One Direction member is gearing up for a return.
Around the same time, his team shared fresh footage from the final night of Love On Tour in Italy, showing the 31 year old performing an instrumental piece called Forever Forever. The video also includes heartfelt comments from fans who were in attendance.
In the clip, one fan reflects: “Some sadness because it is the last show, then he will disappear.” Another writes: “We won’t see him dancing on stages anymore.”
Harry has largely stayed out of the spotlight for almost four years following the release of his most recent studio album, 2022’s Harry’s House, making it the longest pause of his solo career so far. Billboard was the first to suggest that this quiet period may finally be nearing its end.
Reports also point to a comeback that could involve residencies at both Madison Square Garden and Wembley Stadium.
According to Page Six, the singer is said to be planning another run at the iconic New York City venue, after completing a sold out 15 night Love On Tour residency there in August and September 2022.
A separate source told the Daily Star that Harry may even be poised to surpass Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres record for the highest number of shows played at London’s Wembley Stadium in a single year, after Chris Martin and his band performed 10 nights in 2025. There is talk that Harry could take to the stage as many as 12 times.
The insider added: “Harry is arguably the world’s biggest male popstar right now. Stadiums have become the new arenas with every artist keen to create ‘event shows’ like Taylor Swift and Oasis to attract the biggest audiences, and Harry has already proved he can sell lots of tickets.”
