King Combs is wishing for a bit of holiday luck this year as he waits for the return of his father, Sean "Diddy" Combs. TMZ approached the mogul's 27 year old son at LAX and asked whether he believes his dad might come home sooner than expected. "Fingers crossed," he replied while stepping into an elevator.
Since many people will be spending extra time with loved ones during the season, the reporters also tried to get a sense of how King and the rest of the family are holding up. He kept most of his responses short and simple, offering brief answers like "Good" when asked about their overall mood.
They also brought up the recent clips showing Diddy moving around the prison grounds. King responded by saying, "He is doing good, so we are just glad everything is good. He will be home soon, though."
It makes sense that the rapper did not want to delve too deeply into these questions, but he is clearly trying to stay positive and keep strong through everything.
Diddy Prison Violations
There is a real possibility that the record executive’s son will not get the outcome he hopes for. After trying to be placed in a specific facility that could shorten his time, Diddy has already broken a few rules. One incident involved him reportedly creating and or drinking homemade alcohol.
Another issue came from him participating in a three way phone call. Because of these violations, the disgraced music figure’s projected release date was extended by one month. Instead of May 8, 2028, the new date is now June 4, 2028.
For the sake of his children, many hope that he starts making better choices while inside. He recently began working in the media library at FCI Fort Dix, which might help move things in the right direction. The facility also offers a rehab program that could reduce his sentence by a full year if he maintains a nonviolent record.
